Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable files)
- Gift cards
- Opened or used puzzle sets and toys
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be handled directly through us.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened packaging (when applicable)
- Returned items missing components
- Late returns beyond 30 days (if approved)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Then contact your bank (some banks take extra time to reflect refunds)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
